I used this hotel as a stop on my way to east and stayed just one night there. Anyway, the location was great for being very fast to the "Greyhound Bus Station" (only 15 minutes walk). The room (especially the bathroom) was clean and had satisfied all the (or my) needs (e.g. coffee, etc.). I did not miss anything. Even it was just one short overnight stay I will never forget this experience. I had to catch my bus very early in the morning and was more or less not very concentrated. When I was entering the bus I realized by accident that I had no ID with me and there was no chance going back to the hotel. When I called them they told me that my ID was there after they were looking for it in the room while I was still on the phone. Combined with an extremely lucky coincidence that this bus ran out of gas and stopped at a gas station only 10 minutes after departure they actually brought me my ID with the car. After two months travelling through the US, this was one of the friendliest and nicest I had seen so far and definitely the most important for me.

Chris the manager for one of his family or employees were friendly and someone was always around for questions or problems, and to keep an eye on things. They were able to change rooms when I started with a smoking room (forgot to request non smoking). Staff were friendly. Housekeeping was excellent. Location is close to the freeway and close to where I was working. Had a microwave and mini fridge.

The people where SO wonderful that worked there. They had a few issues with the credit card machine, but they were on it and super accommodating! When we pulled in, we were a little skeptical about where we booked. But the place was super clean, the rooms were updated and nicely done. And everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. We would stay there again for sure!

The owners were very hospitable and gave us some great recommendations to see in Albuquerque Old downtown, Frontier resteraunt for delicious local cuisine, to name a couple. We did everything and enjoyed our time here. Totally would recommend booking this motel Very central location on route 66.

Mel

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, NOT ENOUGH TOWELS AND COFFEE, THE SMELL OF THE ROOM WAS DISTURBING BUT I GUESS THATS THEIR CULTURE, IF THE ROOM DIDNT HAVE A SMELL IT WOULD OF BEEN GREAT, MY CLOTHES SMELLED LIKE THE ROOM TOO. NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THE SMELL.
